Noor Kids - Different By Design

We are often taught to embrace or celebrate diversity in order to get along with others who are not like us. But why are differences among people valuable from an Islamic perspective?

First, diversity reminds us of Allah SWT immense power as the creator of all; by recognizing the differences amongst us yet knowing we are all designed by the same entity we can have a great appreciation of Allah SWT as Al Khaliq (the creator) , Al Bari (the inventor), Al Musawwir (the Fashioner)

Secondly learning about each others diversity and situations encourages empathy between us and fosters a sense of immense gratitude to Allah for what we each have
